Terms & Conditions for AH Travels Last Updated: [2026]
These Terms govern the relationship between AH Travels ("we/us") and the Traveler ("you"). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Agency Role & Third-Party Suppliers AH Travels acts solely as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other service providers ("Suppliers"). We do not own or operate these services. All bookings are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions of the respective Supplier.
2. Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds
Responsibility: You are responsible for all costs, taxes, and fees.
Chargebacks: You agree not to file a credit card dispute/chargeback for services rendered or for cancellations beyond our control.
Penalties: Failure to make final payment may result in automatic cancellation. Refunds are subject to Supplier policies; many bookings are non-refundable.
3. Travel Documentation & Health
Identification: You must possess a valid passport (usually valid for 6 months beyond return), necessary visas, and permits.
Accuracy: It is your responsibility to verify that names on bookings match your government ID exactly.
Health: You are responsible for meeting all health entry requirements (vaccinations, screenings) for your destination.
4. Limitation of Liability AH Travels is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss caused by the acts or omissions of any Supplier. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions/fees actually earned by AH Travels for your booking.
5. Risks & Force Majeure We are not responsible for disruptions caused by "Acts of God," pandemics, war, weather, or government actions (Force Majeure). Travel to certain destinations involves risk; by booking, you assume these risks.
6. Travel Insurance Highly Recommended. AH Travels offers access to travel insurance. If you decline insurance, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any financial losses resulting from cancellation, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas, TX..
